We're a small team of two from Melbourne, Australia, who've always had a keen interest in the online social space. Over the years we've worked on different projects, and we kept coming back to how social media can be improved and how users can connect better.
That idea became Moopes, a social app built around small group conversations. We want people to actually get to know each other, not just post into a forum where there's no real connection. No noise or endless feeds, just small rooms where everyone has space to talk and listen in a friendly environment.
Our goal is to grow Moopes into a larger community that helps people be more social instead of just consuming so much social media. We've got more planned for the app, so stay tuned.
