Moopes is designed for and restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account or use the Service.
While the Service is not directed at children, Moopes does not tolerate child sexual abuse or exploitation in any form and will take appropriate action if such content or behavior is identified.
Moopes strictly prohibits the use of the Service to create, upload, store, share, solicit, or distribute content or behavior that involves or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Moopes provides in-app tools that allow users to report content, messages, rooms, or users that may violate our policies, including concerns related to child safety. Reports are reviewed and appropriate action may be taken in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
If Moopes obtains actual knowledge of content that constitutes CSAM, we may remove or disable access to the content, suspend or terminate involved accounts, and take other appropriate steps as required by law.
Where legally required, confirmed CSAM will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority.
Moopes complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which it operates.
